WHAT IS A DECAL?

Our decals are all vector images that are die cut into colored rolls of vinyl. The decals are usually one color and have no background color. The background is cut away leaving your object to take that place. Each decal consists of three layers: the top layer (Transfer Tape) the middle layer (Vinyl Media) and the bottom layer (Wax Paper Backing). The Transfer Tape top layer allows you to grab the Vinyl Media and apply it to your Wall, Car, Boat or wherever it might be. Once you squeegee it down into place, you can then remove the transfer tape leaving you with a perfect decal. 

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE? 

Unfortunately, no. You can only use one more promotional code at a time. 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIMEFRAME?

US Standard- processing time + 4-7 business days

Canada Standard- processing time + 5-10 business days

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USP/USPS and UPS FedEx.

WHAT DOES PROCESSING TIME MEAN?

All our items require processing time before we ship them. Processing allows us the time to personalize the item based on your requests, package up your order and then ship it.  Note: once an order is in process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

There are no returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized unless we make a mistake on the personalization or the item arrives damaged. If we make a mistake on the personalization or the item is damaged upon receipt we will NOT refund your card on file, rather we will process a new NO CHARGE order and have it shipped directly to you. For example, we cannot refund or accept a return if you ordered the incorrect size or color.

You have 15 days from the day you receive the product(s) to notify us of any issues. In the case of damaged items, at times we may ask you to provide a picture showing the damage, this is so we can to pass this information to the shipping company when we file a claim.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
